Dodge County Jail

The Dodge County Jail is a facility built to hold both men and women, whether they’ve been sentenced or are awaiting adjudication at the Dodge County Circuit Court.  We uphold the constitutional rights afforded to incarcerated people and also work to keep the general public safe by making sure everyone housed in the jail is accounted for and placed in the correct security level.

The Dodge County Jail was designed to ensure staff and members of the Jail population remain safe and secure, while emphasizing efficient operations in order to meet budgetary goals, and operate in accordance with Wisconsin State Statutes, WI Department of Corrections standards, the standards of federal inmates and detainees housed in our Dodge County Jail and to uphold rights afforded all citizens in the United States Constitution.

The Dodge County Jail has 358 beds and provides Huber Work Release privilege as sentenced by the Court. The Dodge County Jail also offers members of its population work opportunities within the Jail. Also available are self-improvement opportunities and religious services to inmates and detainees.

The Dodge County Jail also has an intergovernmental agreement with the U.S. Marshals’ Service to house federal detainees and inmates. The Jail also has ongoing housing agreements with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and Immigrations & Customs Enforcement (ICE).
